Description

It's funny how we could have prevented everything. The blow up I mean. If only Steve and I had put our heads together sooner and figured out the riddle. We could have stopped everything. We could have wiped our hands clean without the bloodstains. I should have been more observant though. I should have figured out the damn riddle. Yet, I shouldn't blame anyone other than the cause. It's just that I was so blind. I hate myself for being so damn blind. All Beginnings...Bitter and Sweet begins on May 27, 1978 in the mountains of Washington, as seventeen year old Tina Anderson, tells you how she arrived at this place, on this day. She will take you back to the beginning and share with you her journey through love, abuse, drugs, and the tragedy of loss to get there. Through her, you will rediscover the importance of self determination, believing in your dreams and feelings, and the undeniable fact that life is strange. But that final day, is it a beginning, an ending, or only a reminder that all things in life are either bitter or sweet? This story contains situations that include drugs and alcohol, profanity and sex, physical and emotional abuse, mental illness, and suicide.

About the Author

Susan (Ender) Lamb grew up in Wisconsin on the north side of La Crosse. The conditions and events surrounding her life growing up are the foundation that allowed her to create All Beginnings Bitter and Sweet. She still lives in Western Wisconsin in an old farmhouse with her animals, and kids periodically, when they show up homeless. Her home has provided shelter for many homeless animals and kids throughout the years. Finally on the road to recovery, she will tell you that life has been challenging and still often is. Yet maybe, just maybe, it's never too late to believe in dreams and ever after, after all. . . .
